Pure Diamond accepts returns 30 days from the date of delivery. Before sending the item back, you must obtain a pre-approved Refund Issue number (RI#) and include this number with your item.
To begin the process, please call toll free 1 855 736-2591 to obtain authorization for your package, as returns will not be accepted without them.
Pure Diamond only accepts the return shipments sent back to us via FedEx, using the insured label (waybill) our service department will provide you with.
Pure Diamond is committed to providing Free Shipping. In order to receive the free return shipment, please ask our sales representative to send you the copy of FedEx label (waybill) via email or fax. After obtaining the (RI#) and the copy of the pre-paid FedEx label (waybill) securely package the item and send it back.
Upon arrival, the opening of each FedEx box will be filmed on camera and documented by a certified gemologist to make sure the contents are corresponding to your Refund Issue Number (RI#)
The one exception to our return policy are any items custom made for the wearer, which is known as a “Special Custom Order.” In order to give our customers the best prices, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of ordering two or more of the same, or similar item, and then only keeping one of them.
