Visits are by appointment. Reserve a time so our team can prepare for you, or choose a call if you would rather begin remotely.
Can I try on every design I see online?
Online availability does not mean a piece is in the showroom. Send us the product link before your visit and we can discuss what is available to view and other options.
What is included in the ring prices shown here?
The featured setting prices exclude the centre diamond. Metal and diamond choices affect the complete price. We can help compare options for the whole ring before you decide.
Can I compare natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We will explain the practical differences in origin, rarity, certification, beauty, and budget so you can make an informed choice.
Do you create custom engagement rings and jewellery?
Yes. We can develop a new design from references, adapt an existing style, or create around a diamond or heirloom stone.
What if I have a deadline or need aftercare?
For care of an existing piece, book a service appointment with our team. If you have a deadline for a new piece, tell us your date when booking a consultation so we can discuss sourcing and production before you make plans.
