Pure Diamond takes great pride in its craftsmanship and the quality of its fine jewellery. To underscore our commitment, we offer an invaluable lifetime warranty that safeguards against any manufacturing defects in your treasured jewelry purchases. Should your purchase suffer damage stemming from manufacturing, we encourage you to contact us immediately so that we may assess and address the issue.

For a seamless evaluation process, please forward your correspondence to info@purediamond.ca, accompanied by high-quality photos, a concise video, and a detailed account of how the damage transpired. In instances where the provided images may not suffice for a comprehensive assessment, regrettably, we may not be able to accept the item for evaluation. To facilitate this assessment, a refundable deposit of $100 CAD will be required prior to shipping your item back to Pure Diamond. This deposit not only covers the shipping costs but also includes a meticulous evaluation performed by our skilled jewelers to ascertain if the damage qualifies for warranty coverage. It's essential to note that this deposit is fully reimbursed for all approved warranty-related repairs.

In cases where the damage is repairable but is not attributed to a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a repair cost estimate for your approval before commencing any work. Should you opt to proceed with the repair, the deposit will be applied toward the repair expenses. Alternatively, if you choose not to proceed with the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover the return shipping costs after the evaluation.

When damage is indeed linked to a manufacturing defect, rest assured that Pure Diamond will undertake the necessary repairs or, when appropriate, replace the item at no additional cost. It's important to mention that these replacements are granted as a one-time courtesy. Our manufacturing warranty, however, does not encompass coverage for typical wear and tear, scratches, stretched chains or rings, product loss, or damage resulting from improper use, cleaning, or storage. Please be aware that this warranty exclusively pertains to items purchased directly from Pure Diamond.

Our unwavering trust in our designs and craftsmanship is the foundation of our warranty. As such, any alterations or servicing performed by third-party or external jewellers will void our warranty.

For repair requests originating from countries other than Canada, we assess them on a case-by-case basis. For assistance, please contact us at info@purediamond.ca, providing your order particulars, comprehensive photos of the damage, a brief video, and a description detailing the damage's circumstances.

Kindly note that complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded, and they will not be replaced in the event of loss or theft. These items do not fall under the umbrella of our warranty and cannot be serviced or repaired through Pure Diamond.
