  • Natural Mined Diamonds: Due to the rarity and market volatility of natural stones, we provide a 48-hour inspection period from the time of delivery. After 48 hours, all sales of natural mined diamonds are final.

2. Return Policy & Custom Exclusions

Our return policy applies to loose diamonds and standard jewellery purchased directly through our website.

  • Online Purchases: Complete rings purchased directly from our online inventory are eligible for return within their respective diamond evaluation period (30 days for lab-grown, 48 hours for mined).

  • Custom-Designed Jewellery: Any piece created through bespoke consultations, in-person visits, or personalized modifications is final sale. As these items are handcrafted specifically for you, they cannot be restocked.

3. Lifetime Maintenance & Warranty Validation

Your jewellery is an investment designed to last a lifetime. To keep your warranty active and your piece in peak condition, we offer:

  • Complimentary Resizing: One complimentary resizing is included with your purchase (within standard sizing ranges).

  • Professional Care: Includes cleaning, polishing, and prong tightening.

  • The 5-Year Maintenance Rule: To maintain your Lifetime Warranty, your ring must be inspected by us at least once every five years. If we have not seen the ring within a five-year period from the date of purchase or last inspection, the Lifetime Warranty and free care programs are void. Subsequent maintenance or repairs will be performed at our internal cost, ensuring you only pay what we pay, with no additional markup.

We will perform a Professional Comparison to verify if the stones are truly equivalent in quality. If they are, we will do our best to provide a competitive price match at our discretion.
